Incorporated under the Society Act of British Columbia in 1981, the Kwantlen Student Association continues to serve Kwantlen students by providing a wide range of support services, advocacy and representation. The College and Institute Act of British Columbia is also important to the Student Association, as it defines how Kwantlen University College is run.
This page contains the Constitution, Bylaws, Policies and Procedures of the Kwantlen Student Association. These documents govern the activities of the Association and articulate its positions on student issues. Where available, this page also provides older versions of these documents.

Note: As per paragraphs 1 and 3 of the August 21, 2006 BC Supreme Court Order the bylaws purportedly adopted on September 29 and November 29 are of no force or effect, and as per paragraph 4 of the same court order, the only legally binding set of Bylaws are the ones adopted by the membership on February 8, 2000.
